We will be delivering groceries to your door, within the periods stipulated below:

  • • Mon - Fri / 09:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • • Weekends & Public Holidays / Closed
All orders must be placed before 12:00 to ensure same-day delivery.
If placed after 12:00, then your order will be delivered before noon the following day.
  • For now, we will only cater to the following Cape Town and Gauteng Areas
  • • 30 km radius from Canal Walk, Cape Town.
  • • 30 km radius from Mall of Africa, Gauteng.
  • Limitations
  • • Orders Limited to 40 items.
  • • Individual Products are limited to three items maximum.
  • • Plan for at least an hour's delay.

Select wisely, the less we need to be on the road, the better.

Due to the regulations, we are only allowed to provide what is available in the stores. The amended regulations effectively mean that liquor trading can only be sold and delivered under the current Lockdown regulations.

Zippy charges a surcharge of 12% on the total amount from all retailers.
Same-day delivery fee is R59.00 (Generally delivered within 2 hours or a time that suits you)
We charge a minimum delivery fee of R59 for the first vendor, R29 for the second vendor and R19 for each additional vendor you shop at.

We are making use of reusable and recyclable paper bags.
For every 7 items in your cart, we add 1 shopping bag to your order at a charge of R4.99 per bag.

You only pay what you order. The shopper will recommend substitutions. If however, out of stock, then we will refund the item amount to your Zippy Wallet which can be used for the next order.

Variable weight items like meat and cheese where the actual weight and price of the product delivered can be different from the typical weight and price on the ordering platform. Therefore, Zippy Africa Food Services (Pty) Ltd reserves the right debit an account should the cost exceed that of what's stipulated on the retailer's platform and deduct from the next order. This tool is also used to credit the consumer's wallet should the in-store costing be less or if there are in-store discounts.
